We are a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in China. We are operating two state-of-art factories locate in Tianjin City and Huizhou City respectively. Our sales revenue was 120 million USD in 2021 and expected to reach 137 million USD. We specialize in rotogravure printing, lamination (solvent-base, solvent-free and extruded), slitting and pouch making. Recyclable Packaging is our clear vision in coming future, especially in MonoMaterial Laminates. We have solid experience and exporting our  Mono Material packaging  across different industries as like as Pet Food, Household Chemical, Car Care chemical, Whey Protein and other healthy food. FAQ

What is MonoMaterial Laminate?

The Laminates are composited by single family of plastic as like as Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE) and Mono Polyolefin (a mix of PP and PE). The current solutions offered and are widely accepted as mono material laminates. These resin bases are versatile which makes them the most used plastics today.

Why MonoMaterial Laminate is Recyclable?

Monomaterial can be easily classified for recycling. It is also possible to achieve 100% recovery rate based on the recycling properties of the Monomaterial. Since only one resin is used, it is much easier to recycle packaging made of mono-materials.

Does MonoMaterial Laminate offer any barrier properties?

The barrier properties of MonoMaterial can be enhanced by using barrier Polyolefin such as EVOH, high barrier coating or metallize substrates.

What is the MOQ and Lead time of ordering Monomaterial Pouch?

MOQ is about 300Kg and lead time is about 25-30 days after order confirmation.

Do you have retort pouch in Monomaterial Laminate?

MonoMaterial Laminate for retort pouch or Recyclable Retort pouch is under development. It will be launched in 2023 Q2.

Warehousing

Warehouse processes comprise receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Finished goods are well organized in our warehouse and ready-to-ship.

Slitting & Bag Making

High-speed slitting machines with Laser Score offer to sort the Tearability of Monomaterial pouch. Totani Box Pouch, Thomson Die cut shape, regular Stand Up and traditional pouch formats are produced in our state-of-the-art facility.

Curing

In a process for continuously manufacturing a MonoMaterial laminate for Recyclable packagings, Polyethylene (PE) or Polypropylene (PP) as laminate layers are continuously coated with an adhesive and brought together to form a laminate.

Lamination

Solvent Base (Dry Lamination), Solvent Free, Water-based, Extruded lamination are available in our facility.

Printing

We offer up to 12 colours rotogravure printing, including Matt Varnishing, Tactile Varnishing. Digital print of dynamic QR code is also available in our facility.

Prepress

To make this process as painless as possible, gravure prepress professionals need tools to align, clean-up, correct, separate, trap and convert their files. We PROMISE quick turnaround time on prepress within 36 hours.
